- Broadband
Audio and video communication works better when both parties have broadband. Times for downloading
recorded lessons are far quicker and the virtual classroom software we use is more effective on
broadband.
- PC in a quiet place
- Headset
- Interactive Classroom software
Our software is free to download and use and we will give you a free short demo session prior to lessons beginning.
- Webcam
It is optional. If you have a webcam your tutor will be able to see you during the lesson and this can
be helpful. However all our teachers have webcams you will be able to see your teacher on screen.
